Some shit my sister put me on to.. These videos created a lot of controversy in the comments that followed them. Pretty ignorant as usual when dealing racial views. I'm startin to think there should be an age limit on how you can be to post a comment cause it seems absurd to let any ignorant 12 year old kid post a comment about whatever. I KNOW You Remember This Joint!

Man, I remember watching this movie 30 times back to back to back to back to.. you get the picture. 1996 seemed like yesterday when as I started watching this clip. Not only did they pick the perfect person to play the role, but the theme music will be forever stuck in my mind. Michael Jordan has always been an inspiration to everybody and anybody who's ever touched a basketball. Sit back and watch the movie in awe as I know you will.. this clip will send you in a time machine full of adolescent memories. Damn I miss those days..

I found this over at BBC blog. Not sure how he learned how to do this but I'm guessing he had a lot of free time on his hands. LOL. There's a crazy tv show called Ninja Warrior, it's been so long since I've watched t.v. (you wouldn't believe that if you walked into my dorm and saw the 32" flat screen tv in front of the bed but that's a different story lol) so I don't recall the channel it comes on, but look it up when you get a chance. The show is basically just a bunch of asian dudes doing asian obstacle courses like ninjas. I'll put up a post later but in the meantime, check this out..

Full Movies on YouTube?

As you may know, if you have been following my blog as J.Rogers does, you would have an idea that I am an avid user of YouTube. The most useful tool to date I believe of getting to know celebrities by gaining free access to exclusive interviews and things of such nature. Not only is YouTube known for homemade hilarious videos, but also have become a great source for instructional videos. Don't be hesitant to look up an instructional guide for that computer table you just recently bought for your dorm rooms kids! But YouTube looks to broaden its capabilities beyond homemade movies and such interviews. Check it out..

Sony Pictures is reported to be in talks with the biggest video sharing site, YouTube, to license some of its films to be shown in full length on the website. Intending to shift routes legally, from big-screen to the internet, is perhaps a proposition well thought out considering the growing trend in internet usage worldwide and the amount of illegality – all you movie downloader’s know what I mean!

There are no specific details available about the deal, but if the talks materialize, Sony would only be the first studio to officially feature full length movies on YouTube and vice-versa, making lots of money for the video site (both from pageviews and ads)while at the same time setting it in competition with sites like Hulu that currently stream full size films and TV shows.

Illusion Labs brings multi-touch gaming to the big screen

Illusion Labs makers of iPhone games have posted a video on YouTube showing two of its games, TouchGrind and Sway. They are being played on a large multi-touch table. The games look amazing and very fun to play. check out the video after the jump.

The Calm

I'm sitting here listening to Drake's Mixtape- So Far So Gone and I've never been so influenced by a mixtape. Drake has ceased the Weezy phenomenon and has started his own. The name he has made for himself in only the past month or so is amazing. Although I do not remember watching him but on one episode of Degrassi, I do remember vividly listening to him on Trey Song's Replacement Girl. A song in which I heard years ago and even then I was impressed. Since then Drake has improved to another ;evel as I'm sure many of you know.


Two songs that I just can't seem to stop listening to are The Calm.. and A Little Bit. Two very influential songs that I feel I can relate to. A Little Bit tells the tale that every one of my age feels they understand: love. Some are scared and because of it they choose to hide how they truely feel in order to keep from getting hurt; expressed 1,000 times better in the song. Lol. The second song is The Calm. A track in which I feel the emotion of his "pain". Definetly a song to listen to while driving on a rainy night or day with something on the mind, or if subject to a mental writer's block as I am and in need of a stress relief. Hopefully I'll get done this homework soon enough.

Unfortunately I am kind of unexperienced when it comes to blogging and I am only able to post the YouTube version of each song. Hopefully in the months to come I'll learn the ins and outs of this oh so complicated technlogy. Enjoy..

I came across this video a while ago, around the time I moved into my dorm room and had no technology other than my Playstation 3 and an ethernet cord. The result was my countless hours of searching youtube for new songs since I was without a laptop and unable to download mixtapes, albums, etc. I've been wanting to put this up, along with many others, I just never got around to posting it. So in the next couple posts you'll see a lot of old videos and blog archives I've been holding onto and finally feel the need to unleash. Most likely half of them will be youtube videos.
